Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the Client, being specified that it must be the residential address of the Client or any other person of their choice. Delivery may not be performed neither in hotels nor in PO boxes.


To ensure that deadlines are met, the Client must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete delivery address (street number, building, stair name, access codes, name and/or intercom number, etc.).


Any delivery times given are only approximate, corresponding with the average time for processing and shipping. MYNAHA cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing beyond its control.


In case of damaged package (already open, missing products…), the Client agrees to notify the carrier and MYNAHA, by all means, any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.
